We are looking for you to join our team in the Procurement Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Procurement Manager – Non-Trade Procurement (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Lead sourcing activities across a broad range of indirect procurement categories, including:
    • IT systems and services
    • Legal and compliance services
    • Marketing and professional services
    • Office services, facility management, and lease agreements
    • Travel and other indirect spend categories
  • Independently manage sourcing projects from business requirements through supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract award.
  • Conduct competitive tender processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial assessments to identify the best value solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements while balancing cost, quality, service, and risk.
  • Support the identification of sourcing opportunities and contribute to commercial value creation across indirect spend categories.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery and long-term collaboration.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the procurement partner for internal stakeholders throughout the sourcing and supplier management process.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and other business functions to ensure commercial agreements comply with company policies and risk requirements.
  • Advise stakeholders on procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and supplier selection.
  • Support business functions in identifying sourcing opportunities and selecting the most suitable procurement approach.

Procurement Governance & Process Excellence
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and approval workflows.
  • Develop and maintain procurement templates, sourcing documentation, and contract records.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance standards and approval requirements.
  • Support procurement reporting, contract documentation, and supplier performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, transparency, and consistency across the organization.

Supplier Performance & Contract Management
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and contractual commitments.
  • Coordinate supplier evaluations, contract renewals, and amendments together with business stakeholders.
  • Support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize spend analysis and market intelligence to support sourcing decisions and supplier management.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect (non-trade) procurement, preferably within consumer goods, retail or a similarly dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations and service-based contracts across multiple indirect spend categories.
  • Strong commercial mindset with sound negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience working within structured procurement processes and governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with procurement systems and digital procurement tools; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
