Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

What happens when I have successfully placed my order?

You will receive a green confirmation notification if your order is successful. You will then immediately receive confirmation by email. As soon as your goods are on their way to you, which is usually 1-2 days after placing your order (excluding weekends), you will receive a shipping confirmation.
In rare instances, there may be some items that cannot be sent from your order. If this happens, we will let you know about your partial delivery and/or cancellation in a separate email.
