We are looking for you to join our Footwear team at our headquarters in Idstein as Junior Product Manager Footwear (m/f/d).
The story begins:
As Junior Product Manager for the Footwear department, you will support the entire product creation process and contribute to the development of products that meet our customers' needs and align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful introduction and optimization of our footwear products.

- Supporting the product strategy by contributing to product planning and lifecycle management.
- Conducting market analyses and competitive monitoring to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve the product offerings.
- Collaborating with the design, merchandising, development, and sales teams to ensure a smooth product creation and launch process.
- Assisting with product launches and coordinating teams for a seamless market introduction.
- Tracking product performance post-launch and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Contributing to process improvements within the product management team and continuously evolving through current industry trends.
Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
- Completed studies in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally in the outdoor or footwear industry.
- You are passionate about product management and the outdoors.
- You excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- You have a strong consumer-focused mindset and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver products.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with product planning tools (such as Centric) is a plus.
