We are looking for you to join our team in the Controlling Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Senior Wholesale Controlling Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Responsible for controlling the wholesale segment, including revenue, cost, and personnel cost controlling, with a focus on strategic and operational financial performance management
  • Continuous development of reporting structures and controlling systems, including modeling complex controlling logic in Excel, BI systems, and ERP
  • Independently coordinate the planning process, including annual budgeting, forecast preparation, and long-term business cases in alignment with Finance and Executive Management
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data from various business areas; derive relevant recommendations and decision templates
  • Manage monthly performance reviews, including commentary on plan-actual deviations and identification of improvement potentials
  • Advise managers and budget owners on investment decisions, cost optimization, and capacity planning
  • Develop and standardize financial processes and controlling tools, including cross-channel applications
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize forecast, budget, and reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controlling guidelines and external reporting requirements and regulatory standards
  • Design and generate system-based, cross-channel reports and analyses to support decision-making
  • Support forecasts, budgets, and reporting within the company-wide planning process
  • Independently manage and contribute to projects aimed at continuous process optimization and operational efficiency improvement
  • Participate in transformation projects and support transition processes within the organization
  • Take responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing controlling tasks for the wholesale segment
  • Review and validate purchase requests in wholesale
  • Ensure financial control, transparency, and strategic planning for the wholesale segment
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
  • 5–7 years of controlling experience, ideally in international retail or FMCG
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query; VBA knowledge is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and derive key insights
  • SAP experience is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions or escalate when necessary
